JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expanding operations team in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for safely carrying out a range of gas works including but not limited to, attending gas escapes, survey work, servicing, repairs and meter re-sites on project work. You will be required to install pipework on a regular basis so must be confident drilling through walls and soldering in internal and external work environments. Breakdowns are also required and will be in your day to day workload.

This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30 - 4:30, Friday-Tuesday and the option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• • Delivering a friendly and professional service to our customers
  • Adhering to policies, procedures & relevant legislation
  • Being an ambassador for our company brand, identify opportunities & share best practices
  • Issue suitable safety advice and warning notices where required

Requirements for the role

• • Current ACS certification including CCN1 & MET1.
  • Own tools
  • A minimum 2 years gas industry experience
  • Full driving licence (maximum 6 points)
