A leading food production company is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Technical Manager to lead the technical operations.

Job Description:

As a Technical Manager, you will be a key player in driving Food Safety. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality control processes, managing technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the technical team to achieve operational excellence and meet organisational goals.
Develop and implement robust quality control procedures throughout the production lifecycle.
Manage product development processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical management role within the food industry.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
