Here at Recruit Right, we are currently looking to expand our offices with great talent to strengthen our market share during 2024 and beyond. We are looking for recruitment consultants and senior experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality talent pool.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
• Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.

Consultant Support:

• Support Recruitment Consultants with day to day running of their accounts and live roles.
• Shadow and learn from consultants to further broaden your understanding and knowledge of the industries and clients.

Key Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant would be preferred but not essential, with a focus on Commercial or Industrial sectors.
• Due to the requirement to attend meetings with clients from time to time, a driving licence and a car is essential for this role.
