NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Performance Analyst who will have responsibility for analysing, interpreting, and developing data into information to support the Business Performance team. They will contribute to and in some instances take the lead on analysing business cases, to bring them to a successful conclusion.

Every day you will … 

  • Be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on category performance data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports summaries and presentations for the Executive Team and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
