Job Opportunity: PE Teacher
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £150 - £250 per day (pay to scale)
Day Start Date: September 2024
Contract Type: Permanent
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of athletes and fostering a love for physical education? If so, this is an incredible opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a PE Teacher at an outstanding secondary school based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
PE Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons, inspiring a love for fitness and sportsmanship.
- Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular sporting activities and events, promoting teamwork and leadership skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the PE curriculum.
PE Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant PE teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for PE at secondary level.
- Passion for promoting physical fitness, health, and wellbeing among students.
- Ability to create engaging and innovative learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
