This is a single-manned site role in Leeds, covering predominantly planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and general building services, including electrical systems and legionella compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• PPM & Repairs: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and general building services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Compliance: Work alongside a client-side engineer to ensure all statutory compliance, including legionella testing and electrical safety standards.
• General Maintenance: Address various general maintenance tasks to keep the site in top condition.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a single-manned site setting.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the client-side engineer and other stakeholders.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements, including legionella testing and electrical safety regulations.
