HR Assistant - Sheffield
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working available
12 Month contract
Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively working with a key client of ours based in Sheffield who're looking to recruit a HR Assistant.
The successful candidate will help support with the day to day administration including recruitment admin, processing new starters, supporting the on-boarding and pre-employment checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening CV's, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless induction into the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and job history
- Manage HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee time and attendance records
- General administration support to the wider HR team as and when required
Key Skills:
- Experience within a fast paced Administrative role
- Previous experience of HR Admin would be desirable
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
