Job Title: Litigation Team Leader

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Location: Sheffield

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Litigation Team Leader/Legal Manager for a fantastic company in Sheffield.

The Candidates responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of both the legal team as well as the litigation team
• End to end litigation and case management
• Ensuring the team meets all targets
• Implementing new processes to continuously improve employee productivity and company success
• Manage all client's needs and expectations
• Liaising with the Litigation Solicitor in relation to all elements of day to day work to ensure all processes are monitored, managed and completed effectively and efficiently

Skills Needed:

• Previous experience working in a Team Leader role in Litigation would be ideal
• Understanding of Litigation is desirable
• Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation
• The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure
• Must have excellent communication and management skills
