Press Brake Setter Operator

We are looking for a press brake setter / operator to join our team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities as a Press Brake Setter:
- Set up and operate a press brake according to specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired results
- Read and interpret drawings to determine proper measurements and tolerances
- Communicate with team members to ensure production schedule is met
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Previous experience in operating press brakes
- Experience with programming and troubleshooting CNC machines
- Knowledge of different types of materials and their properties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
Qualifications in a Press Brake Setter:
- The candidate must have previous explerience in setting and operating CNC press brakes. All of our press brakes are Amada and vary in size up to 4M.
- Experience in being a press brake setter is essential.
We are a sub-contract laser cutting & fabrications company based in West Bromwich. We work in a variety of sectors using a variety of materials.
Full time position
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
