Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading Groundwork's contractor in their search for a Project Manager located in Leeds paying betwen £70,000 - £85,000.
Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:
- Join a reputable team known for its efficiency and adherence to high standards.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and on-site contractors, while also maintaining cost and time constraints.
Requirements for the Construction Project Manager:
- Demonstrable expertise in Civil projects.
- Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Groundwork projects.
- Proficient in handling contracts ranging from £750k to £5M.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire for a permanent role.
- Hands-on approach to project management.
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
