Client Service Manager Needed!

BE Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Manager to join our client in their fast-paced client services department. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing accounts manager ready for the next step in their career. Specialising in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.

(All Office Based - Based in Wigston, Leicester (LE18).



Role & Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure that service delivery levels exceed client expectations.
  • Client Meetings: Attend face-to-face client meetings, typically held at Mint's offices.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of the overall management of the account, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Internal Briefing: Produce internal paperwork to brief the wider Mint team.
  • CPA Production: Create CPAs for complex projects to share both externally and internally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to deliver projects through the manufacturing facility.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues to ensure the timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
  • Sales Maximisation: Identify and maximise all sales opportunities, seeking new business prospects.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to accounts, both externally (competition and financial health) and internally (quality and delivery issues), before they affect the client.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to your line manager.
  • WIP Management: Keep work-in-progress records updated in a timely manner.


Ideal Candidate Traits & Abilities:

  • Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Procedure Adherence: Follow all relevant procedures as set out.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of detail in all tasks.
  • Administrative Skills: Demonstrate strong administrative capabilities.
  • Communication: Possess strong communication skills.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Organisation: Organise the working day effectively.
  • Time Management: Exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work well with other departments towards shared goals.
  • Independence: Able to work independently with confidence.
  • Adaptability: Confidently work with differing personalities.
  • Flexibility: Carry out other duties as required.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
  • Office Hours: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday; 08:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday.
  • Holiday: 28 days per annum, inclusive of 8 public/bank holidays. We typically shut down between Christmas and New Year. Additionally, you get your birthday off.
