As an Office Manager your responsibilities will include…
- Running weekly stock orders and generating stock take reports
- Updating the system products/pricing & setting up new customers
- Dealing with customer service tickets and returns
- Taking goods in bookings and checking supplier order acknowledgments
- Updating products on the website & dealing with COSHH updates
- Dealing with invoicing/month end invoicing & providing monthly driver reports
We’re looking for an Office Manager who has the following skills and experience…
- Ideally 1 years’ experience as an Office Manager/ Office Administrator
- Customer focused and passionate about providing the best support
- Enthusiastic, with high energy and a desire to succeed
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, self-motivated with the ability to make things happen
- The ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships
- Structured and well organised approach to tasks
In return, the successful Office Manager will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus the following benefits…
