Office Administrator ( part-time )

We are currently recruiting for a client based in the Burnley area who are looking for an Office Administrator. This position will be recruited on a permanent basis working between 16 – 20 hours a week. Previous experience is required for this role, please see below the duties and responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage online and paper filing systems.
- Develop and implement new administrative systems.
- Record office expenditure and monitor the budgets.
- Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Organise meetings this may include typing the agenda and taking minutes.
- Provide administration support for staff development / promotions and training matrix in conjunction with HR.
- Organise and monitor Company House information.
- Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed.
- Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.
- Provide administration support for the management of ISO 90001.
- Ideally be able to use a range of software, including click up, email, spreadsheets and databases.
Hours of work:
- Working between 16 – 20 hours a week.
- Hourly rate paying between £12.00 – 13.50 per hour.
