What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative, you will report to the customer service team leader, manage the customer experience and support tasks and assist the sales team in tracking and achieving the sales plan and achieving quality objectives and business goals.

You will support the sales model, workload and workflow management, collective ideas, and suggested solutions while being aware of customer politics, company and departmental objectives, and targets.



Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated group of customer accounts, including quoting assigned accounts and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Initiate and coordinate the customer returns process, driving to close calls to provide a great customer experience.
  • Monitor and respond to website/phone calls and inbox enquiries.
  • Load Sales Orders onto SAP once details have been verified for accuracy; push quotes to orders to provide accurate sales quote analysis.
  • Monitor and correctly assign items from the sales inbox.
  • Liaise with other departments to support customer documentation requirements.

Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives and assist team members in developing and maintaining their client relationships.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving escalated client issues.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach within the team.
