FLT Driver - DAY SHIFT

£12.04p/h, HD2, 28 days leave, M-F, 6am-2pm & 10am - 6pm rotataing (both days shifts), Parking, Temp to perm

MUST HAVE A VALID COUNTERBALANCE LICENSE

Job Role

Due to continued success a Huddersfield site of a global manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join them. You duties will include;

• Receive goods at the loading/receiving area

• Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
• Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt
• Move and rearrange stock, either by hand or with appropriate lifting equipment
• Ensuring accurate records of everything that comes in and goes out of the warehouse
• Load goods onto trucks for shipping

Requirements

We would expect the successful FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Warehouse Procedures, be an excellent communicator and be able to follow instruction. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked as a Forklift Truck Driver, Dispatch or goods in / out previously.
