Our client is an established M&E contractor delivering a variety of schemes around the North of England.
They have recently been awarded a significant project working at an educational building in Leeds to run from August to February and are looking to recruit a mechanical site manager to oversee the works.
The successful applicant will be engaged in a non-working capacity overseeing the installation of roof mounted ventilation systems, mechanical pipework, chiller units and domestic services
To apply for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Established mechanical site manager with extensive experience
- Have worked on education jobs before
- Be familiar with a wide range of mechanical systems
- Be available to work from August
- Youi will have experience working on projects of around £2.5million in value
- Have an SMSTS and other relevant site qualifications
- Be fully eligible to work in the UK
