Senior Scrub Practitioner

This full-time and permanent role offers a salary of up to £42,500 plus benefits, depending on your experience, training, and qualifications.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
- Supporting, coordinating and passionately assisting in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Providing quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
- Heading up the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time.
- Ensuring that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with policy.
- Contributing to quality improvement and promoting best evidence-based practice.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of up to £42,500, depending on experience, training, and qualifications.
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

- Have completed an ENB 998 and/or mentorship course.
- Have ILS and Orthopaedic skill.
- Have previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
- Have previous experience managing and leading a clinical team.
