Invision Recruitment is representing a top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a high-rise project in the centre of Leeds. My client is a large Main Contractor turning over in excess of £900 million, Optimising to build quality over quantity.
The Position
You will be reporting into the Commercial Lead on this project from inception through to completion, responsible for cash management, by minimising cost and maximising value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works packages and the building process to maximise profitability for the business
The Project
This new project consists of the captivating venture which involves the construction of a high-rise, RC Frame Residential Mixed-use Development Scheme based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, valued at £80m.
