Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging history lessons that capture students’ interest.
• Encourage a love for learning about historical events, periods, and cultures.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide helpful feedback.
• Work with colleagues to enhance the history curriculum and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the history curriculum and teaching methods.
• Experience teaching history at KS3 and KS4 levels (KS5 desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
