The ideal SEN Teacher / Special Educational Needs and Teacher  will be confident and experienced in aiding students with physical care, as well as emotional and educational support.

The ideal SEN Teacher / Special Educational Needs and Teacher will have the following:

 PGCE or QTS in SEN Teaching
An enhanced  Child DBS on the update service
Good communication skills
A good understanding of young people protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience planning and delivering lessons to a classroom of students with varying educational needs
