Site Manager

I am working with a Main Contractor who specialise work across New Build, refurbishment, and Fit out Sectors. They have recently been added to a framework taking them outside of their usual catchment area and they are now looking for a Site Manager and a Project Manager to join their team.
The role will involve covering Sites across Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire and will be working on small new build schemes and refurbishment contracts up to around £4m - typically smaller
The framework they have been added to is for 10 years so the future is secure and the region will grow.
SMSTS (SSSTS at a minimum) is required along with CSCS
As Site Manager you will be running the individaul sites and as Project Manager you will be overseeing 2 or 3.
