The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repair work within allocated timescales, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Role Overview:

• Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Identify agreed works, detect additional repairs required, and diagnose faults.
• Timely Repairs: Perform repair work within the allocated timescale.
• Customer Communication: Provide updates on repair status, ensuring additional work is carried out with proper customer authorisation.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Skill Development: Continuously develop and maintain skills in all aspects of vehicle repair, service, and maintenance, keeping product knowledge up-to-date.
