Multi Trade Supervisor

KPJ Group are looking for a Multi Trade Supervisor to join a thriving property development firm at their site based in Oldham.
As a Multi-Trade Supervisor, you will oversee a team of three operatives performing various maintenance tasks on properties throughout South Manchester.
What’s on offer?
- £35,000 - £40,000 per year
- Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5:00pm
- 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Company van
What will you be doing as a Multi Trade Supervisor?
- Planning, supervising and undertaking all labour projects
- Undertaking and supervising all labour relating to ongoing, scheduled and planned projects
- Taking ownership of projects upon agreed timescales with management
- Undertaking of all job with three other members of the properties and estate team
What do you need?
- Previous electrical experience (expired qualifications acceptable)
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, and residential projects from planning to completion, including maintenance
- Knowledge of the entire build process, from groundwork to final fix and finish
- Basic skills in joinery, plumbing, and/or bricklaying
- Basic data communications knowledge (training available)
- Ability to understand and build from plans
