• This renowned, market leading construction company who specialise in education, residential, commercial and commercial projects have a rare opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join their successful team.

• This company have led the way in the Student Accommodation market for many decades and have an impressive stream of repeat business from clients with whom they have built long term relations, alongside winning new and exciting projects across a diverse range of sectors.

• Projects can be from £15 to £300million in value and are for clients in both the public and private sectors.

• This construction company are located in Cheshire and are easily accessible via numerous transport links.

The Senior Estimator Role:

• They are seeking a 'traditional' Senior Estimator to join a busy expanding team. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager who will provide technical and management support in line with tender workload.

• You will be expected to lead the tender process and work independently on multiple bids, albeit with input from the Pre-Construction Planner and Proposals Manager.

• Must have experience of single stage Design and Build within residential and education sectors

• Must be capable of producing Bills of Quantities to SMM7 or NRM standards

• Software preferred Causeway, Bluebeam, CAD measure - computer based analytical estimate build up is essential for each tender

• There is a definite pathway to Managing Estimator available based on ability and skill. My client values relationship building and believes this has been the foundations of their success.
