A successful business is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join their experienced team based in Hull.. Working in a friendly, supportive environment to provide 1st and 2nd support a large number of end users, you will earn up to £30,000, plus benefits. This role is easily accessible from Hull, Beverley, Goole, Immingham and the surrounding area. You will need access to your own transport due to the nature of this role, as some travel to other sites may be required.

As IT Support Technician, you will act as the first point of contact for IT issues in the business, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all technology across the business
  • Troubleshooting and resolving a range of IT issues quickly and efficiently, logging appropriately
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, and build and maintain relationships across the business 
  • Support and assist with setting up hardware and upgrading software
 

To be successful in the role of IT Support Technician, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong focus on customer service, and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive mindset, and effective problem-solving skills
  • A passion for IT and technology
  • Strong attention to detail, and a methodical approach to solving problems
  • Experience in a similar role
