Reed Marketing and Creative are currently partnered with a rapidly growing and successful business within the manufacturing industry looking to recruit a superstar Marketing Manager.

Reporting directly into the Owner of the business we are looking for someone to truly run with the marketing function and build it for huge growth and success. Whilst they currently have some successful campaigns in place, they are looking for someone who can really take it to the next level.

Duties include:

• Strategy and budgeting
• Digital marketing; social, website, email
• Content, copy and creative direction (utilising in house designer resource)
• Product marketing - research, development, launch
• Offline marketing; POS, exhbitions, packaging

The successful candidate will be passionate, engaging and energetic. Someone who is proactive and able to manage their own time (the Director hates micro-managing), and someone who can manage the "doing" of the campaigns but also be innovative on what is next.

Salary is extremely flexible dependant on experience but will range between £30k and £50k. Additional benefits are available too. Hybrid working can be on offer for the right person
