Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and target potential customers requiring services solutions in the HVAC industry
• Build and maintain strong sales pipeline as well as relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate customer needs
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support including troubleshooting, maintenance advice
• Forecasting and reporting on bookings, revenue, conversion rates and maintenance of overall pipeline

Essential Experience to thrive in this role:

• Extensive technical knowledge of HVAC services solutions and Process Temperature Control including process chiller units, temperature control units and related equipment
• Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management, with a preference for backgrounds in the HVAC or refrigeration industry (desired)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driver’s license

This role requires technical expertise in heat pumps and large-scale chillers/refrigeration systems with outstanding relationship building skills to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
