Position: Property Manager

Location: Hurst/Hybrid (2 days in the office/3 days at home)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700

Salary:  Competitive

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Manager at Pinnacle Property Management, you will:

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of leasehold properties.
  • Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources to maximize property performance and residents satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relations, enquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with contractors, service providers, and vendors for property improvements and maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and enforce lease agreements and ensure adherence to property management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify and address maintenance needs and potential risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting leasehold property management.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Significant experience in leasehold property management.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to oversee property operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, property owners, and team members.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis related to property management.
  • Capability to handle property-related issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple properties, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
  • Understanding of leasehold property management regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and operational needs in the property management industry.
