Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

This role has a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, alternating both days and nights.  

The Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias, will be responsible for:

• You will be carrying out both Planned and Reactive maintenance to both plant and building equipment across a number of the Client's sites.
• Understanding, encouraging and carry out the principles of Health & Safety and takes personal responsibility for safety and work well with others to get a job done and responds positively to instructions and procedures.
• Carrying out the effective delivery of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to both plant equipment and building equipment on the Client's sites
• Providing assistance to other maintenance personnel as and when required.
• Providing excellent communication and customer service to the client and follow all company procedures including following all company health and safety requirements.
• You will ensure the correct operation of all M&E assets within all sites.
• To identify further opportunities for completion whilst undertaking existing reactive WOs
• Completing other jobs operating a 360 degree view when you walk onto the Clients. 

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias role you must have:

• A recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (18th edition), testing and inspection 2391 or equivalent.
• Experience with PPM and Reactive works as well as fault finding on control circuits.
• Knowledge of electrical services and systems.
• Been appointed as LV AP or can demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of the role.
• Experience in General Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Risk Assessment and Method Statement trained.
• A strong understanding of industry safety standards and procedures.
