Payrates and shifts as a Reach/FLT Truck Operative:

• Competitive pay rate of £13.37 per hour, with overtime after 37.5 hours!
• Rotating shifts (06:00am until 14:00pm & 14:00pm until 22:00pm), offering flexibility and work-life balance

What We're Looking For:

• All Candidates are required to start as a warehouse associate at £12.30 per hour first, this is due to needing to first wait to complete the clients safety and competency assessment if your licences are in date/valid or have to wait to complete a refresher/retraining if licences are expired
• Failing the competency assessment or training results in immediate withdrawal of the role and immediate end of the placement.
• Past experience operating Reach truck or Counterbalance fork lift, Expired or in date licence holders
• Ability to perform general labouring duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Adherence to strict Health and Safety standards

Your Role Will Involve:

• Operating a Reach truck or Forklift
• Role is generally split as a 60 - 40 role between general Warehouse Operative duties and MHE duties but can vary based on client operation and volume requirements
• Picking and packing items for distribution
• Using a handheld scanner to sort items
• Manual lifting (up to 23 KG)
• Unloading containers
• Boxing items on re-work lines
• Wrapping and Unwrapping Pallets

Requirements:

• PPE (we can provide this if needed)
• Past experience operating Reach truck or Counterbalance fork lift, Expired or in date licence holders
• CV must be uploaded for Review on the Challenge-trg Onboarding portal
