Our client has an exciting contract opportunity for a Service Coordinator to support their Ireland Service Business, Role reports to the Service Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating service operations and ensure the works comply with their customer’s standards, procedures, and policies.
 
Part of your role will be to coordinate and schedule a safe working environment for all site employees & mitigate the risks and manage Health Safety and Environmental risks associated with the business unit and ensure ethical behavior in line with code of conduct and be part of the environment that allows all employees to develop and succeed.  
This role will be initially a temporary contract position with the intention to move to a permanent member of staff with the team. The role will be remote working with a visit to our clients Dublin office (Liffey Valley) required on Wednesdays.

 Your Responsibilities 
  • Analyse project requirements with the Project Manager, check that all essential work activities have been identified to allow creation of a realistic project schedule.
  • Support Service team with all aspects such as Order acknowledgement, SAP - Raising Purchase Requisitions/Orders, Field service engineer scheduling, Payment and Invoicing and Project closure
  • Good knowledge of standard office Applications
  • Gathering of engineer timesheets and overtime and entry to SAP
  • Coordination of engineer’s holidays
  • Support project managers as necessary with the preparation of customer documents.
  • Manage and organise engineer training & PPE needs
  • Understanding of customer service principles and their effect on the business
  • Responsive to customer requests.
  • Provides clear, precise documentation to a high quality.

  • Strong Planning/Scheduling skills 
  • Organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage peaks in workload. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with our clietns employees in a professional manner, both in person and via telephone, and a strong focus on managing internal relationships. 
  • Extremely detail conscious and numerate. 
  • Excellent administration skills. 
  • SAP experience and excellent PC skills essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SAP, etc. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team 
  • Good analytical skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
