Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an NPD Food Technologist to join a rapidly growing food manufacturing company who supply to major supermarkets in the UK. Our client is looking for candidates at all levels of seniority from university graduates to senior NPD Technicians.
The Role
Our client would like an NPD Technician to join the team and assist in the development and innovation of new products and processes from the concept stage through to launch. Ensuring that all products meet commercial, technical and customer requirements.
• Product Development - Assist in designing, developing, and testing new food.
• Factory Trials - Attend factory trials and record the results.
• Sample Preparation - Create Product concept samples for customer presentations.
• Lab Management - Oversee Lab ops and ensure equipment complies.
• Record Maintenance
Qualifications
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry or equivalent qualification
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal skills
