Finance Officer
Bracknell
£15 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance Officer in Bracknell. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Assist with the financial services and general support within the wider team supporting Finance
- Process School Imprests, providing guidance and support to bursars to reconcile these accounts
- Upload school budgets ensuring figures are accurate and reconcile to agreed control totals
- Supporting the financial administration of various areas including homeless and temporary accommodation
- Input into the General Ledger correcting journals and budget amendments required within agreed processing times
The candidate:
- Part Qualified AAT or qualified by experience
- Relevant experience of finance in a local authority setting
- Experience of schools accounting is desirable
- Agresso working knowledge is desirable
