XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long term employment they are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments. 

This position will be a cutting operative, you would be required to roll off fabrics, cut them to length and stitch them together if required. This position is working with machinery and a keen eye to detail is necessary. We are looking for individuals that have a background in textile manufacturing.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 10pm-6am

Responsibilities:  

• Operation of different types of machinery  

• To understand their operating procedures  

• Moving stock around to different areas of the factory  

• Ensure walkways and access points are clear from any storage  

• Follow procedures for different product qualities  

• Ensure equipment is moved to inspection 

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment  

• Must have good hand eye coordination  

• Have good organizational skills
