Join a reputable Lancashire firm as a Debt Recovery/Civil Litigation Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years PQE Solicitor to contribute to the firm's success by managing a diverse caseload involving debt recovery, enforcement, insolvency, and landlord and tenant matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of debt recovery and civil litigation cases, demonstrating expertise in procedural, tactical, and commercial aspects.
  • Work closely with a diverse range of clients, providing effective legal solutions and achieving optimal results.
  • Confidently negotiate with debtors, adapting strategies as required to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Utilise CPR and online legal research resources to enhance civil litigation skills and stay abreast of legal developments.

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years PQE Solicitor.
  • Previous experience or a keen interest in debt recovery, enforcement, insolvency, and landlord and tenant matters.
