- Confidently negotiate with debtors, adapting strategies as required to achieve the best outcomes.
- Utilise CPR and online legal research resources to enhance civil litigation skills and stay abreast of legal developments.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years PQE Solicitor.
- Previous experience or a keen interest in debt recovery, enforcement, insolvency, and landlord and tenant matters.
