Our client are the number one datacenter tranformation consultancy and have an urgent opportunity for a SCOM specialist to work with one of the most prestigious finance clients in the market.
You will have the following skills:
- Current SC cleared
- Expert in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) including Management Pack authoring using Visual Studio Authoring Extensions (VSAE)
- Automating manual process and driving efficiency
- Monitoring platforms serving multiple business units and use cases (such as Security, IT Operations, transaction monitoring)
- Experience with integrating monitoring tools with data sources and other monitoring, automation and ITSM tools
- Have familiarity with Agile ways of working as well as working within an ITIL framework for support responsibilities
- Have a strong record of forming and maintaining positive relationships with business colleagues and demonstrating a curiosity about and understanding of business processes.
- Have knowledge of cloud environments, infrastructure automation tools and security.
