As the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll collaborate with the Compliance Manager to assess, measure, and audit performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Healthcare sector.

Job Description

Your focus extends to ensuring that operational performance targets are not only met but surpassed safely in all facets of service delivery.

This involves maximising the utilisation of available resources on a daily basis. In essence, your role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the standards and efficiency of service delivery within the Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily service performance review analyses to ensure contractual performance parameters are achieved in accordance with the relevant service level specification (SLS)
  • Assist in the resolving of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system issues
  • Conduct planned and ad-hoc internal audits to ensure service operations’ compliance statutory / legal, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Attend client audits internal in relation to operational Service Level Specifications
  • Support the Compliance Manager in the evaluation and reporting of performance, attending action review meetings to drive improvement where performance is not being met
  • Liaise with internal and local agencies on the occasions of external assurance visits to demonstrate ISS compliance with legislative procedures and due diligence, assisting with such visits, as required
  • Support the Heads of Service in the reporting of performance against the SLS and Performance Monitoring System (PMS), advising on the impact of the performance and PMS standards and discussing actions for improvement where breeches of performance occur, and corrective actions are required.
