*** 1:1 and small group support for pupils aged 3-7 across the syllabus.

Requirements:

• At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
• Drive to improve the attainment of young learners.
• A passionate and flexible personality.
• Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
• Prior experience of working in a school setting, or with children, is preferable.

 
The Role:

• 1-2-1 and small group interventions to support the development of young pupils.
• Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivering of engaging lessons that aid the development of basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Adapting learning materials to suit the unique needs of each pupil.
• Attending staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
• Assisting staff in the running of extracurricular activities.
