Our client are are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team at the Luton site.

Key Responsibilities

• All maintenance activities to be carried out to the highest standard and delivered within the requirements of the Service Level Agreements
• Active involvement in day-to-day operation of the building services plant and equipment
• Effective fault finding on building services plant and equipment
• Carry out / assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required
• Coordination of sub-contractor activities
• Participate in the shift and standby / callout rota
• Recommend plant / efficiency improvements
• Promote and maintain safe working practice in line with the client's H&S process

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• The candidate will be an apprentice trained maintenance electrician with appropriate City and Guilds qualifications
• Posses an HVCA Skill Card (or application processed)
• 18th Edition IEE Electrical Regulations
• Educated to GCSE and A Level standard desirable.
  Experience
• High voltage experience / training would be an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Have experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical machinery and systems associated with building services
• Experience in the operation of BMS systems and controls
