Duties will include;
*Assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
*Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
*Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
*Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
*Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
*Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
*Schedule and organise meetings, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
*Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
*Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
*Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
This is a senior position within this Engineering and Fabrication company and the successful applicant will be impacting the management and success of the business. Projects consist of structural steelwork, architectural metalwork, fencing, industrial works, canopies, outside furniture, bollards, sculptures etc. These projects range in value from £1,000 - £500,000
Salary - £38000 - £42000 dependant on previous experience + Car or Allowance
Location - Standish Wigan
