Our client is seeking a dedicated Supported Living Manager (CQC) to join their team in Stockport. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the opening of a new home and play a key role in the company's commitment to providing a well-run, personalised service for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £40,000 per year. You'll be managing a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, and have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals you support. As the Supported Living Manager- CQC, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising a team of support staff and volunteers
- Ensuring the services meet all CQC regulations and contractual requirements
- Coordinating staff to deliver personalised and high-quality care
- Recruitment and selection of staff matched to the needs of the service
- Ensuring continuous, reliable, and consistent service delivery
- Maximising positive outcomes for all supported individuals
- Compliance with CQC and commissioners alongside the support of the Registered Operations Manager

- An annual salary of £38,000 - £40,000

The ideal candidate for the Supported Living Manager- CQC role should have:
- A Level 5 Qualification (or 75% completion of the award)
- At least three years relevant experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions
- At least two years’ experience of managing and supervising staff
- A relevant professional or practice related qualification
- An understanding of the needs of people with a learning disability, autistic spectrum conditions and other needs
