Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Location: Stevenage, United Kingdom
Reporting To: Repairs Manager
Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing repair team based in Stevenage. Our mission is to ensure efficient maintenance operations, minimise downtime, and optimise equipment reliability.
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team.
Responsibilities: developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders. Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities. Collaborate with the Repairs Manager to plan labour requirements and workflow. Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage warehouse inventory related to maintenance activities. Oversee the implementation of the mechanical integrity program.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Safety-conscious mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
