Building Surveyor

We are working with one of the UK's most experienced team of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Experts and looking for a Building Surveyor to join the team.
The role includes running and managing projects. You will have the necessary skills/experience to be both client facing and communicate effectively with contractors.
Salary is negotiable and can be higher than the advertised salary.
Requirements:
- MRICS/FRICS qualified (preferable but not essential)
- Experience of Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, TDD/PreAcquisition Surveys, and PPMs
- Experience in delivering refurbishment projects
The firm offers a competitive salary between £35,000 - £50,000 p.a. or higher for the right person, plus bonus, car allowance, on-site parking, pension and 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays.
