I am looking for an experienced Associate Architect with strong technical abilities to join an award-winning practice in Manchester. The RIBA chartered practice has 3 offices across the UK and have an exceptional reputation with most of their work coming from repeat clients. The practice primarily focuses on industrial projects and are looking forward to the exciting upcoming projects they have planned.

The successful Associate Architect will be ARB registered and should have proven experience of managing a team and will have worked through all RIBA stages. You should boast excellent technical knowledge and will be proficient using Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Significant post Part 3 experience in the Industrial sector
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Previously worked through all RIBA stages
  • Able to deliver and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and the team to create exceptional technical designs
  • Lead and manage a small team
  • AutoCAD or Revit expertise is essential
  • Local to Manchester (or willing to relocate)
