- Emails
- Over the phone
- Understanding their packaging needs and requirements
- Providing tailored solutions
- Coordinating the design and manufacturing process
- Ensuring timely delivery.
To be successful in this role of Account Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in account management or sales
- Knowledge of packaging industry and products - (preferable)
- Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
