- Operating a CNC Machine (Ideally Turning or Milling)
- Using a range of measuring equipment
- Reading technical/engineering drawings
- Any online programming would be advantageous
The skills required to fulfil the role of CNC Machinist are as follows:
- Previous experience operating a CNC Turning or Milling Machine
- Flexibility to support colleagues where necessary
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Happy with variation in their work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
