Saturday Showroom/Receptionist

We are currently supporting one of our clients based in Reading who are looking for an Saturday Showroon/Receptionist on an on-going temporary basis.
Duties will include:
- Meeting, greeting all customer and clients, offering refreshments
- Answering the phone and transferring to relevant department/Contact or recording messages on the call log.
- Post and courier management
- Housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager
You will need the following..
- Be well presented
- To be a team player
- Must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages
Working hours: Saturdays, 8:30am-17:00pm.
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour (Weekly Paid)
