Role and key responsibilities for Bookkeeper
- Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile transactions using xero software
- Liaising with suppliers to correct invoices as required
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing queries
- Support the financial Director with ad-hoc jobs
Minimum Requirements for Bookkeeper Position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of xero accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Ability to work towards deadlines and manage own work schedule
Pay rate £11.44
Working hours:
2 days a week flexible on days ( 1 day in the office )
