We are working with our well established engineering & manufacturing client as they build on their strong recent growth driven by excellent sales of their class leading products.

Our client has a relatively small workforce led by a very experienced and supportive management team who are looking for someone to join them to provide a specialist quality service to the business.

Operating in multiple sectors, the company designs, test and manufactures niche products for a customer base that includes many prestigious and exciting brand names.

Their impressive growth is largely attributed to high profile returnng customers and their ability to produce high quality products tailored to customer requirements for use in fast moving and demanding environments.

We are looking for a dynamic Quality engineer with a positive "Can do" mindset to identify, develop, implement and manage a new quality system that will help the company to exceed customer expectations as it moves into an exciting new stage in its development.

Attitude is of the highest importance in this role, if you have a genuine interest in how things work and the passion to implement and drive a process driven quality culture, then you will be a great fit for this team.  You will have the confidence to make proposals based on your knowledge of quality systems and you will be prepared to take a hands on approach where necessary to see your ideas through to implementation.

Experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting is essential, additionally, experience within the Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace or Defence sectors would be advantageous.

Salary band for this role is £35 - 40k.  The company also operates  a performance related bonus scheme.

The role is full time permanent and is based at the company's manufacturing facility in Coventry.
