Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of NEC contracts, and a passion for infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you!

Location: This role offers a mix of working from office / site

• North West based office 2 days per week
• Remote 2 days per week
• On site in Derbyshire 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on National Grid projects, including 3 new 400kV substations and 60km of new overhead lines.
• Manage consent orders and PCS contracts during the early project phases.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through meticulous cost management and contract administration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
